Crazy haste CD

Currently the weapon Manual Crowd Pummeler is giving 469 haste for 30 seconds. It is still actually giving the haste only downside is that it is still a 1 hour CD and doesn't reset when you enter a skirmish but it can still be fun to use on a lowbie ele sham for 30 seconds.

Whoa I remember this having 10 charges back in the days I made twinks all the time. Seems they changed it to 1h cooldown. A long cooldown, yet better than having to farm this weapon all over again every 10 uses!
