Edit: When i click on another Boogling root, it refreshes the duration of the buff. However, if i do the quest on another character and give him 3 new Boogling roots, it stacks. So basicly, you can stack only 1 from one quest

Edit 2: If you loot them again from another quest, you can unstack them and it will give you new buff each

Just retested it, and so far as I can tell its working exactly as it did when I first posted it. You have to put each root in a different box in your bags. Then it will stack indefinitely.

You can do this via questing, but I found it much more time efficient to just wait for people to turn in the quest and kill the boglings. You don't need to be on the quest yourself to loot the roots.

Unlike when I first posted this, a damage bonus of say 100 roots is quite a small but significant for a melee class even at max level. And, of course, it is still gamebreaking at low level, your virtually certain to get the Wrecking Ball achievement, though takes a while to set up.

Your best bet is to have a large group of friends, cross server, killing horde players with Intel on who's going for world first; that's what the horde tend to do.

It is probably not quite as far-fetched as you imagine. There's a ton of people simultaneously botting multiple accounts. 100K wouldn't take that long if
you have the right set up.

Is world first still a thing though? I thought they weren't doing it this time.

Yes they did indeed remove the achievement of realm first etc, But there always will be one thats first ;p

I'm not quite sure how any one would know who is first if Blizzard don't acknowledge it. Do you know how?

Btw Someone had a good idea about stacking the repeatable egg quest in the Jade Forest that seemed plausible, if your thinking of going for it.
