If you apply for the player MC, and fast forward to the Stormwind guards will attack the pet (player) that we give to the city?
Who has interesting ideas how to use a pet or a player?
I wonder if you can get your mindcontrolled player as an extra into a BG or arena Ö.ö
Since when can you go under 85 to pandaria? thats new to me

I know this text is long as Fu*k but hopefully it will answer most if not all of the pet related questions and theories!
So I experimented with all this a few hours ago when it was just posted, got bored with it pretty quickly since I couldn't get the "pet" to work as I wanted it to, maybe I'm doing it wrong or I just don't see the true potential with this, however this is how far I came:
* Even though it says "any mob" that's not really true, it will work on every mob that is not immune to Dominate Mind effects (which means no friendly targets, machines or cool boss mobs).
* It can only be used on mobs that are nearby or can be kited long distances, since the guy giving you the boat is standing where he is.
* You will not be able to bring it into dungeons (when you get to loading screen it get dissmissed) or BGs (did not test BGs though). You can read why down in the "theory" section.
* You can not bring it with you through HS if your HS is not set in 'The Cape of Stranglethorn' zone (at least not over continents since my HS is in Shrine, Pandaria).
* You can not bring it with you through Flight Paths that are outside of thee 'The Cape of Stranglethorn' zone (Tried flying to blasted lands).
* If you walk/fly outside thee 'The Cape of Stranglethorn' the "pet" will be lost as well.
* It can not attack or use abilities.
* Casting Dominate Mind on another mob while having a "pet" already will only dismiss the fake "pet" and instead give you a normal Dominant Mind affected mob.
So what CAN you do with it?
* Fly between Booty Bay and Eplorers League Digsite (Alliance).
* HS with it to inns inside thee 'The Cape if Stranglethorn' zone.
* Walk it into other zones (warning, the damn crab walks slow as ****).
* Walk it where fatigue or other 'kill effects' would otherwise stop you (this means deep sea or down The Sundering in Stranglethorn, the whirlpool).
What I wanted to do try but never got to:
* Take it on boats and/or Zeppelin. (Would probably not work)
* Take it through The Dark Portal and other instance entrances. (Would probably not work)
* Walk it inside Horde camps where I would normally get attacked. (Would probably work)
* HS with it to a zone within the same continent, I was too lazy to change HS location. (Would probably not work)
* Get summoned with it. (Would probably not work unless it's in thee 'The Cape of Stranglethorn' zone)
* Is it possible to dispel it? (Would probably not work)
Theory. I know you people hate them but considering all the facts I've provided and I got pretty strong arguments, stay with me please!:
* It's not a pet, it's a vehicle! The reasons to why i believe this is a vehicle and not a pet are as follows:
1, it can't go through loading screens for things such as dungeons and continent changes, neither does the canon or Siege Tank you can use in various different instances and events.
2, if it were a pet I would be able to use it's spells but instead on the "pet"-actionbar there is the same actions as for the boat you're using to bug it, the boat is a vehicle.
3, it doesn't follow you around, neither do vehicles, they wait for you to move them around (if possible) just like you do through Mind Vision.
4, it will try to kill you until you either HS or run out of it's "leash"-range, a pet won't kill its master.
5, it can not be resurrected or healed, normal pets can, vehicles (at least quest ones) can't.
* Other players can't see it moving, if they can even see it at all, why do I believe this? For the simple and following reason, casting Psychic Scream will "return" the pet to you.
Let's say i cast Mind Vision on my crab and walk away with it like 100 yards and then cast Psychic Scream it will be feared and run back to me, on my screen its way out of range for Psychic Scream but what if it's just on my screen? What if it is actually standing right next to me, then it would make sense that it becomes feared and glitches back to it's actual position only to walk around in fear for the duration. This is also strengthen by the fact that if you didn't loose aggro from it yet since the moment you took control of it it will be attacking you even if you're walking far, far away with it. And the last reason to why I don't think it is actually moving, no NPCs or players that are outside the vision range of your character will load.
* It will not be able to port through HS, summon, dungeons or BGs or flight paths outside thee 'The Cape of Stranglethorn' zone because it's bound to that zone, it can though walk outside it if you're manually steering it with Mind Vision.
* It's NOT a pet, it's a mob-themed boat vehicle that in the process lost it's ability to use any actions but you can now visit places with it, kind of.
I got love and respect for you all who find these initiating things that other like myself can eventually evolve! But for everyone else who, like me, was hoping to walk around with a Lich King "pet" and ended with a Strand Crab vehicle bound to thee 'The Cape of Strangelthorn' zone, the title and description for this video is somewhat misleading, for the pet part, not really interested in the entire spawning multiple canons part or turning my friends into mindless zombies.
TL;DR No, you are not able to control EVERY mob in the game with the information provided so far.
To quickly sum it all up, this is great if you wanna explore Eastern Kingdom at places where Fatigue would normally kill you but not if you were actually planing on using the pet for anything but exploring. Someone who's better than me on these things might be able to prove me wrong thoughGood Luck.
