Not sure if this is a repost but currently you can use level 80 scrolls on your low level characters. they give 150 stamina, 100 agility, 100 intellect etc. dont think this is intended and is a nice buff for twinks.

scroll of agility IX works, it will say something like +12 agility but look at your actual stats...

Still need a higher level player to use the scroll on you. Nice find though.
Can confirm Scroll of Stamina IX grants 150 stamina under stats, tooltip says 53 though.

Couldn't you just use the scroll once you enter a BG, thus keeping the buff?

You need a level 90 to use the scroll on you

The latest patch made all enchants scale with the users lvl.

These particular scrolls are supposed to scale to 11 stamina and 8 str/agi/int below lvl 61, which could be clearly seen from their tooltip. And this buff doesn't get removed once you enter a bg .

It isn't that much use in a bg though because the effect doesn't persist through death.
You will be OP with this buff but you aren't in any way invincible.

Btw this scaling are good for 10-14 w\o exploit. It's better than flasks
