VoTuUS ~Blue Visual Bug (I'm back.. again)

I'm back guys! A simple little video here how to mess with some visuals and turn some stuff blue, i'm sure this could be taken farther with a little more work. I got a few more exploits I need to upload yet so stay tuned!

Steps:
1. Go to the top of the Tower of Azora (Elwynn Forest).
2. Click the orb and cancel the cinematic.
3. Stay still and character stuck, release... and return.
4. There will be things that have changed to dark blue.. have fun!
