Fire-Watcher's Oath(bypass no-mount)

Fire-Watcher's oath allows you to gain Blood Coins without becoming universally hostile. You can't mount with it though. If you use a deviate delight(easy/cheap) after you use your fire-watcher's oath you can mount. walking around foot looking for kills is a pain when its a 10 min duration. I hope this helps people.
