Sell Burden of Eternity after a rare kill

When you participate on a Timeless Isle rare kill and get lucky with Burden of Eternity drop, you are able to trade that item within 2 hours with anyone else who was killing that rare. Yesterday I managed to trade that item from one account to another (on different Battle.net account).

I don't know how much people would be willing to pay for the Burden, but I'd guess you can get quite a lot of gold for it.

Same way you can trade also the 496 tokens, which drop off from rares.

I'm quite sure we were in different party, if I don't remember wrong.
I'm going for rare hunting tonight, and trying to confirm this one with Timeless tokens.

the armor tokens are bound to account, the burdens are soulbound, not sure if that makes a difference but i got a burden off a rare tonight and don't remember seeing any blue text about being able to trade it. would love confirmation on this from someone.

yesterday full night of farming rares and other npc's on isle , so after tons of kills one burden dropped from rare(for my friend ofc) was nerd scream at first until he traded it to me

(can make screen if needed but anyway they're too rare)

I was ungrouped when killing a rare, so was the toon which I traded the item (on a different Battle.net account)
Works with Burdens of Eternity, no doubt!

Immediately, I advertised in vicinity chat WTS Burden, with a Death Knight that did participate on the kill, from the same realm as me, trading me. He was not partied w/ me.
I added the item to the trade, in the trade slots, and it automatically moved in the Soulbound slot. Manually dragging the item up brought the usual "You can't trade soulbound items." error... This occured on Silvermoon EU, so I have no idea if they fixed it or not, but this was my experience.

I think burdens may not work, but timeless pieces still seem to.

you can also trade the mount off of Houlon if it does drop for you, i traded it to my friend because i already had it, so means you can sell it to those in group aswell.

Yesterday I traded Burden of Eternity to a character on different Battle.net account after a rare kill.
Will post the proof tonight. Got screenshots from both sides.

The answer is really simple. The Dk just lied and didn't participate in that kill -- therefore you werent able to trade it.
