Call blizzard and when it says select a language spam 1 about 9-10 times and you will receive a instant response

This sort of method works with a lot of automated phone services. A lot of companies (possibly including blizzard) usually have a certain number you can type whilst on the phone which will put you through to a human.

I think what basically happens is that the automated system doesn't really know what to do because you are pressing buttons a lot. You could probably press any random numbers and get the same effect.

If I also remember rightly there's a website that has a list of the numbers I mentioned before.

This works because many automated phone systems don't have TTY support enabled so TTY users tend to just mash buttons randomly when an option is not presented for it in the main menu. This is pretty common at major companies.

Many automated telephone services also reacts to shouting while you wait in queue to bump you to #1 so they can talk to angry customers before they get even more angry for waiting for 45 minutes before they get answer.
