{PTR 5.4] Bloody Coins easy farm

When you kill someone with Censer of Eternal Agony buff they got debuff (can't be attacked by Emissary of Ordos) so will be hard to farm coins.
so here is trick - when you dueling with someone(tested only with debuffed person) and win you get a coin.
P.S. i know it ptr and everything can be changed but still many things comes live.
