WTF this is a bug it happens aswell because of lag, They can't suspend you on something that's there fault, as long as they know, you don't know how do it.

Depending what you say or do while doing this exploit you can be banned, just don't be stupid, and for those that say it isn't an exploit your wrong. If it were a glitch it would be a random thing, but now that it can be repeated and takes advantage of game mechanics its an exploit.
