This requires two accounts, one raffed and one normal.
Now, lvl up to 80(Granting you a total of 40 free lvls).

Now, with another lvl 40 char on the 2nd account, You sign up for a BG, and then quickly get the 40 free lvls granted, making you lvl 80.
And yep, you'll still be able to enter the lvl 40 BG :O

Now, you can have full heirlooms, and pre-buy stuff from the AH to make it even more awesome.

Blood DK with full heirlooms and MoP ilvl 450 gear in a level 40 BG could be interesting. Can you do AV at that level?

But on a sidenote, you propably won't get any HK's for it so achievements is propably out of the question as well.

A "issue" that's been known for more than six years and that is easy to fix but have not been dealt with is probably working as intended.

Easy to fix but not fixed yet. And since you can be banned for it, I'm pretty sure you can tell that it is absolutely not "working as intended".

I remember making this thread as one of my first posts ever here, it was shouted with "not working" and "can't join low level brackets". I say that thread is a hoax and that Blizzard has some kind of server check on this.

As soon as you lvl up in while in dungeon queues(if you go out of the intended dungeon level queue) you get thrown out.

I like this, thanks for sharing this, never thought of before. Also with your last post, it counter acts exactly what you said in the OP. So basically this is a theory or doesn't work. Because when you level you get kicked out of a bg queue, and same happens with a dungeon queue like you said. And like you said in the OP you just use it while in the bg, like you would do in a dungeon. If you got kicked out of a dungeon when you met too high a level that would be so stupid and reverse the point of doing dungeons. So clearly you don't really know what your talking about.
edit: sorry misread your post, when you level now in a bg queue you are kicked out of it, i've tried, even if your still in the same bracket. Nice theory tho.
