When tank A, get the beast of nightmare, and if he doesn't manage to kill it in time, the 2nd tank then just taunts the boss right before the next beast, making him(tank B) Able to dps Tank A's Beast of Nightmare.

This is not an exploit. It is common knowledge and also intended. Almost any boss guide on youtube will tell you about it.

There's a better one.
Bring the beast down to about 5-10%. Taunt the boss so you will get the next beast. You will get a 3 second debuff before the next beast will spawn on you. During these 3 seconds you finish your beast.
The new beast won't spawn granting you about 30 seconds without any beast.

Though OP's post is clearly intended, this could potentially be exploitable by having a dps taunt the boss, then having the other tank immediately taunt right back, resulting in the dps that taunted being able to attack the tank's beast of nightmare.

How would that help? Your tank will have like 70k venegence and should be top of DPS.
