Whats needed:
Glyph of Disguise
Glyph of Detection

Go to ravenholdt Manor in hillsbrad foothills. On top of one of the surrounding hills is a level 85 nuetral mob named Reislek's Ghost. Pickpocket him and run down the mountain into the cellar of the manor(Cannot mount when transformed.) Go under the stairs and use your detection ability. a Spirit will spawn. talk to him and tell him you are his master and he will give you the item. When you pickpocket a humanoid the coins you get will be put into the bag he gives you and you can use them to jump far distances. Great for exploiting even further

Could be used to get to emerald isle or instanced versions of dalaran for those who lack engineering and cant rocket jump. If you can get a slow fall the speed boost it gives you is enough to carry you to many places. i agree with you as well. i might be in the wrong with what i previously said. but for non engineers its amazingly helpful in exploiting.

I'm sorry to break this to you, but you cant use the bag any places really.... You cant use it in Pandaria, Instances,raids, arenas or BGs or indoor even

Usable in pandaria(outside) In raids that you can mount in(Toes) nto sure if there are any outdoor instances. you could use it in scenarios im going to assume. will try and repost later. Not sure about BGs or arenas either. But i did just try HoF toes instances and pandaria of which only pandaria and toes worked.

Cant be used in instances, I dont see many ways to exploit with this, you also need flying skill before you can use it in the area you're in.

Also it doesnt work in bgs, tested it in AV where I could pickpocket to get charges.

No way he found it himself. He randomly selected two specific glyphs, including one nobody uses, stole a very specific disguise, and went to a very specific location? He read it somewhere and was told. Hell I'm sure it was only originally found by either datamining or a tip off from a blizzard employee.
