Let (some) buffs last forever

Hi this is my first post here hope you like it .

As in the title said this exploit can make that some buffs last forever.
What you have to do is:

1. Go to a CRZ near a Non-CRZ with one of your friends. (for example outside of Orgrimmar)
2. Let him duel you or duel him.
3. Accept the duel.
4. When the 3 second countdown starts he has to apply the buffs. (for example slow fall)
5. When the duel starts go into the Non-CRZ.
6. Now the duel should stop and the buff disappears.
7. Now you are done the buff still gives you the benefits.
8. Enjoy

*Note this does not work with every buff.
It worked with: Mark of the wild, Arcane Brilliance and Slow Fall

Unfortunately we could not find out why it did not work with other buffs like time warp.

Do you know if these buffs persist through death? ( I doubt they do, but it would be nice if they did ) Either way, this seems really useful for taking care of a bunch of daily tasks like dailies and old raid runs etc. Thanks for posting this.

As far as I know it does not persist through zone changing. (like changing zone from orgrimmar to undercity)
I have not tested it with dying but that is pretty fast testet
