Extra Shadowmeld in arenas!

Hello! I just noticed that Salyin Battle Banner which drops from Salyin warscout in VoTFW is usuable in arenas.

I'm pretty sure it's not a repost.

If something from the elite section is reposted by a different person (who doesn't have elite acces) in the regular exploits section, it's not considered a repost.

Yeah, I find some posts about this as well.. But it didnt say that you could use it in arenas, only to escape combat. And as you can see, I'm not able to search the elite forums.
