Free name change

Hey guys, i will let you know how can you change your characters name for free.
First of all I requested a realm transfer , paid gold to a gold seller to do it for me.
My character got transferred, changed name . logged in at morning, but when i came home after school i saw the message, the transfer is aborted because blizzard think someone else requested it and not me, Because of the Different IP adress. I sent them my secret answer and my ID as they requested, and they moved back my character to its original realm, with my NEW name, not with my old. And they sent refund to my gold seller, who have send the cash back for me via paypal. So now im on my original realm with a new name for free.
