Hate to be the "math" guy but 10 * 450k is actually 4.5mil not "almost" 5mil hp as that would require an 11th person to get close.

Is it possible to use it for some leveling up? i have 88 lvl druid how can i use for getting some xp? for example killing same big elite?

No. 450K will kill a decent standard mob at lvl 90, it won't help that much with a rare, much less a boss.

Given that you have to return to the Klaxxi everytime you want to use it, this isn't practical for levelling.
