For example, I have to gather 10 peace pipes and then use this method, which will then spam the hotkeys to the item which will eventually disconnect me.
Upon reconnecting I will have gained 11000 rep and used up 10 peace pipes... right? Its not going to give me max rep from only 10 pipes, or is it?

Yes, it's CRZ related - i've multiple sor accounts which i use for this purpose only.

Also, the programs i use for this are kept private for the moment.

that sounds about right. i don't think you'll be getting any "free" rep or extra uses out of the item.

You can only use the item once a week.

Instead you are using it 10-30 times a week. You dont consume the item, it sets a cooldown, of 7 days.

He used a bot. To farm a pipe. On more then one realm at once. He made a marco. He set it to spam said macro. He profited by bypassing the fact you can only use the item once a week.

how to CRZ using one BATTLE-net account is explained in some other post here in Ownedcore.
And you can have up to 8 accounts in 1 battle-net license.

make sure you do it correctly, there was someone else, a contributer who commented this and had it to work with 30 pipes.

2. As many individual level 90 characters on individual realms on individual accounts as you can possibly get. (may work with level 85+, have yet to check);
we'll call the level 90 toons Toon B, Toon C, Toon D, Toon E, et cetera...

3. Use Toon(s) B, C, D, E, etc. to invite Toon A to their respective realms

4. Farm Scritch on all different realms

5. Use exploit in the original post

Side Note: getting one's hands on multiple SoR accounts decreases the amount of levels you have to level by 80 for virtually every separate SoR'd account. Those with HB can just set a few SoR accounts to arch/bg/gather/quest mode, come back in 2 days and volia! have 3 or 4 separate toons at 90 depending on how many instances of WoW/HB you can run...

This isn't how you optimize your CRZ, when i farm CRZ, i farm on up to 200 different servers at a time.

All you need for this, is 4 Accounts(excluding your main character)
Have multiple lvl 1's across each and every server.
Via that lvl 1 on any given server, you invite another character @ lvl 90.

When that's done, you simply invite your main character by typing:
/inv playername-Player Realm.
