Fast flag capture as monk

1. get the flag
2. cast flying serpent kick (+400% speed)
3. use lag7 to lag for some time
4. run through the bg in about 10 seconds while no one is able to attack you.

Using lag tools or lagging macros in BG's = very bad idea, but nice find anyways +rep

Used to do this all the time with rogue sprint in vanilla and pressing my router's off switch. Good to know this is still around.
