Requires:
2 or 3 seater mount.
A friend (with engi or some kind of immunity).

When you dont have any immunity (ready)(bubble, hop, levitate, engi and so on), let your friend mount on the 2-3 seater mount.
Jump on the 2-3 seater mount & let your friend jump down the cliff. Close before your friend hits the ground, he should dismount & use an immunity.
Since you only fall 2-10yards, you wont take any/not much fall damage.

You misread what the OP said. Your friend uses the immunity, causing neither of you to take damage. Question of usefulness aside, it's clearly a bug, hence an exploit..

No, the immunity only causes you to not take damage, your friend would've taken no damage at all even if you die.

How is it useful for BGs? If you need to jump down a big fall in BGs you are most likely in combat which means that you can't mount.
And how is it useful on Timeless Isle and WoD? If you have some form of immunity or falling speed reduction why would you need to use a multi-seat mount to avoid the damage?

It's still not an exploit, and even with or withoiut immunities you won't really die from fall damage in AB or the Timeless Isle.
But heads up! Paladins got bubble or immunity. That must be a bug, because everytime I'm attacking a paladin with bubble it says "immune".

Still, it's not useful in BGs, you don't die from jumping down from Lumber to Smith or Smith to Mines. Also, you don't want to waste a immunity spell just to survive it unless you are chased by enemies, in which case you won't be able to mount anyway. If you waste a paladin immunity shield for that jump when you have full health and no one is chasing you, then you are stupid.

Besides, Paladins got 2 shields, Hand of Protection and Divine Shield, so why use the multi-seat trick when you can just make both of you immune?

Jumping down to celestials is even more retarded, first of all, everyone can buy goblin gliders to use on timeless isle, second, the same as in AB, you do not die from that height and if you want to waste an immunity spell you can just as well waste 2 of them.

And other people are telling you guys that you were always able to do this with a 2-seater because if you dismount from it the 2nd person's falling distance is reset and the 1st uses w/e he has? It's always been like that and it really isn't unintended use of the ''mechanic'', if you can even call it that.

You are the one that can't comprehend what the OP is saying..
The only reason OP mentioned immunity is to make the guy with the multi-seat mount survive. This works even if the guy with the mount dies, the passenger will still survive because the fall distance is getting reset when he exits the mount.

Besides, a paladin can put immune shield on both so what's the point of this "exploit" ? It's useless, common sense and it's not even an exploit.
