Semi-permanent 15% move speed increase for Engineering Priests

Found a pretty nifty trick that I found accidentally in a ToT LFR. Basically Glyph of Levitate won't disappear on damage, but will get removed if you die or if you get dispelled (I assume, haven't tried).

All you need is:

1. Priest Engineer with Nitro Boosts
2. Glyph of Levitate
3. Any body of water where you can swim

Just jump in the water enough so the breath bar appears, cast Nitro Boost, and then Levitate. Levitate WON'T cast but the Glyph of Levitate will activate without a timer, as if you had a Levitate active.

Also found an easier way by accident. If you activate nitro boots and you jump and levitate while in mid air the glyph will also activate with no timer.

Ah cool, I guess that makes activating this easier.

Also side note, it persists through logouts, in case anyone was wondering.
