Get to the Maelstrom! [requires an 80+ friend]

Hello,

found a new cool glitch.You can get to the Maelstrom, without doing or having anything.You just need a friend who has'nt completed the quest, where Aggra flies you down the Maelstrom.

If someones starting the Quest , the Shaman creates a Portal to the Maelstrom, which you can click aswell and it port's you to the Maelstrom.Now you can chill there and do stuff or explore it a bit.Sadly Mount's are'nt allowed there.

nice. also when you port to see stuff in the vashir maelstrom quest you can abandon the quest and press the "well" and you can go down in the maelstrom

Another way of getting to the maelstrom is with the cinematic from the quest "The Eye of The Storm". You start casting auto-unstuck without your hearth and right before it completes you click the water. From there your best off with a "/click StaticPopup1Button1" to release your spirit as you need to release your spirit before you get ported. After you get ported you are dead inside the maelstrom.

Next up would be to have a friend rez you *your body will be in org right by the water*, then it's timing based as you have to accept the rez and audio lag so you enable no port upon login. Then your alive and in the maelstrom even after doing the entry to Deepholm quest-line. You can run around as much as you want while no port is activated, can even die and rez inside maelstrom no prob but if you log out and back in, you will get ported back to org. Also you can get to the clam that's out on an island by it's self, dunno if that was in the video or not.

Well I've never seen it but i find it very interesting and i got a theory of a exploit i could get out from this.

Then get a buddy to rez you and do one of the various macro's that initiate lag and cause no-port. Granted if wizard's way of simply abandoning the quest still works i'd say you should do that instead. Way easier than my method.
