Deserter in Battlegrounds

There is definately more you can do with this exploit, recommend testing!

~Steps
1. Use a deepholm potion and the DC macro at the same time.
2. When you relog, you should have deserter and still be in the Battleground.
3. Die, release spirit and wait until the Battleground ends.
4. When it ends, disconnect and relog. (Use offline mode for it to last forever)
5. You can know explore the battleground when it has ended, and climb up walls, etc. Have fun!

Very nice find! Hope this will be useful for twinking in xp-on bgs. Btw if I recall correctly there was another DC macro whispering you over 9000 random numbers, it's independent of number of factions you've met.

Comments like that make me think that some people dont even read the description... no its not a hack software. When you do this glitch your bugged out.. Like it says you dont have control of your character.. so basically your a npc.. and they can walk up walls.

Future reference people doing this glitch... You get kicked out when your 2 minutes is up.. the auto kick thing after the bg ends, so Votu is right you should probably use offline mode
Also, you don't need just the pots, i think even the hearth stone even works, and the orgimmar tabard, and mage ports. Basically anything that teleports you, it works.
And not to mention the invisible walls are a bitch, because you cant pass them, so when you climb up mountains you basically hit every single invisible wall

i'm kind of unclear on how you stay dead for the whole BG without people saying "vote him AFK"

You can still be reported afk, and still be kicked out of the BG, with this deserter buff. I'm pretty sure the being dead is just mandatory thing so you can stay in the BG, after the game has ended
