    This may have been patched cause earlier this week i could click a tier item and it'll say upgrade 0/2 just checked today and it doesn't day that anymore on the token.

    However he said he upgraded the item itself cause you can't DE a token prob got patched in one of the many rolling restarts lately

    Yeah it got patched, and my item was rolled back to having only two upgrades
