As requested, I've uploaded my Water Fiends Profile

1: Select "Grind Bot"

2: Under "settings and tools"
- DESELECT loot mobs (for faster leveling)
- Increase Pull Radius to like 75 yards

3: Enter the instance, walk to the room, run the bot, Profit.

The earliest possible quest for this chain is Quest:Welcome to Dawn's Blossom

Water Fiends spawn only when you are on The Scryer's Dilemma quest, which is the 4th quest of the The Temple of the Jade Serpent questline.
The questline starts with the quest: The Serpent's Heart. You can check if you already completed these quests at the Achievments>Quests>Pandaria>Upjade Complete.

The only problem is that there are already so many people at this spot, everyone with different party for experience reasons, tagging all the water fiends.

You people are pretty lazy .. . go on wowhead, search for the quests, and then backwards through the prereqs.. its really not that hard.

If you party with someone from a different server (low pop), it should phase you into a low-pop instance :-)

You can get a lot more xp if you have a level 90 help killing them while you aoe tag them all.

I find the best spot to stand is on the edge of the upper ring (almost center of the room).
