New way filmed on PTR 2.2.0 by me, every class can do it with a little speed boost (not needed but you need good timing of jumping without it)

45 Seconds to get up and over for someone with lots of practice at it. 60 seconds until the gates open... Hmmmm, it might just be me but wasting a pot and putting it on a 120 second cooldown just doesn't seem worth it.

Yes it works on live servers
And it takes 20sec for it when you learn it, i didnt go too fast so you get how its done.
And yes it is possible to cap farm+bs/lm before gates open

edit: as I said, pot isn't needed it just makes things easier till you learn how to do it without pot.
