Getting critted by a Ferocious Bite fot 160k in PvP is not working as intented. Through 55+% damage reduction from resilience.

Of course it is intended, there is a reason why it has a 6 min cooldown.

It's working as intended even the scaling with gear. It is just a balance issue.

all you have to do, as feral, is equip a spell power weapon/offhand to get the most out of the spell power. since all druids have a passive to convert agi -> int and int-> agi (depending on spec of course), you don't have to equip resto gear at all. the only difference is that, caster weapons have a shitload of spellpower along with the int.
