Lvl 90 getting rep in low-level dungeons. (reduced)

Sorry if this is just common sense and I'm an idiot, but it doesn't seem intended to me.

I'm wearing the Pandaren Faction rep tabard, to get exalted. and I am running low-level (Scholomance, specifically) dungeons, and I'm getting (slightly reduced) Rep with each kill, Netting like 500ish rep/run. It's an easy way to get the dragon-turtle !

(Again, sorry if this is intended. :P)

It is intended, bliz changed this a long time ago so that when you are max level you can still farm for rep just as easy as you could at low level.

Yeah, this is intended, im not sure which would be faster but i always seem to think leveling a certain race up and learning the mount on that character is faster than dungeon rep farming, as all mounts are accountwide now and all go towards mount achievements.

Sorry mate but that doesn't work, only some mounts are account bound, the regular mounts are not, I got them all on my DK, but none on my other characters:P

Actually, most mounts, barring a few exceptions here and there, are available. The obvious exception is, of course, with faction-based mounts, which you will not see on a different faction's toon (ie: no Pinto for orcs ). You will, however, see them on same-faction toons. Same goes for class-specific mounts (DK, Paladin, Warlock), ground or flying, and shapeshifted mounting abilities, such as what Worgens have. Again, you'll see these other toons of the same class AND faction.

I've experimented a bit to figure out how Blizz made it work, and that's the conclusions I've been able to come up with, based on the results.

Aside from these, I see all my mounts (Rivendare, Ashes [from BMAH, yay!], TLPD) on all my characters. Even the flying carpet, which keeps its profession requirements.

Im pretty sure the Racial Mounts are account wide, I got to level 20 on my Panderan Monk purchased all the mounts then I could mount them on my Draenai Mage, not sure if it is a bug with Panderan mounts but it did work when i tried it.
