iLvL 409 trinket @ level 80

Hi OC,

While questing in Krasarang Wilds the following item dropped: Grakl's Gleaming Talisman. I noticed that the level requirement for the trinket is only level 80. I highly doubt this is intentional, since the item level of the trinkets are 409 and the stats reflect this. The same goes for Spiritwhisper Conch
