Kill low lvl alt of your own faction

This lovely trinket Goblin Mortar - Item - World of Warcraft which can be made by a goblin engineer. It has a fail chance when you fire it, and will doing around 500 dmg to you and anyone nearby, perfect to kill lvl1-10 alts especially those AH bots and spamers.
Note: it has 10 min coldown

i would say it is as an item that should do damage only to unfriendly targets and can kill same faction target is nice.

Friendly fire only occur when the trinket getting malfunction

God, I LOVE this thing and had been using it many times a day to kill these ah bots on my server but today I tried it and when it backfired it only stunned the people around me instead of kill them. Stealth hotfix? So disappointed now.
