You are referring to having the double buff? No, thats not, but the effect actually stacking might very well have to do with it.

I would guess it's not stacking the effect but that the buff causes a roll to happen when loot is rolled when you kill a mob. Having two buffs causes two rolls so you get two chances every kill instead of one.

Seems like the same thing with double grow buff. Get it log out get it again.

That's my theory as well, would be good if someone had actual info on this.

Ive tried a few times, and I can not get the double buff to show up, so im going with not working unless someone can provide better details on how it is achieved.

It's just common knowledge with applied buffs/aura. I might be wrong with this specific situation, but from experience with finding ways to get two+ of X buff, doesn't stack.

Can you apply more than 2? Like rinse repeat a few more logouts?

If this were true we wouldn't have stacking buffs that have effected many many patches since I started playing. Don't just go saying something isn't going to work without knowing for a fact. Currently DK aura stack, that is not intended, but it's happening and by your logic it shouldn't be, why? Because you said so? Lol

Having two different level mages: two int buffs but doesn't apply

Having two different level pallies: two might buffs, but their stats aren't applied.


I have seen it lots in the past patches, so i was basing it off of some common situations.

I have been doing this for like 3 months while botting... didnt want it to get fixed

but now that its out ya this definately works... the potion buff seems to give you the ability to find chests which cant stack (you never get 2 at the same time) but I think it gives you an x percentage chance of finding chests which does stack-- meaning you can get an increased amount of them

I have ran a bot profile with this method 10 times.. and without it 10 times..... increase was about 80%

Tried this and i can't get another buff from the potion. Anyone figured out how to get it or want to share how to get it to work?

I didnt much mess around with applying the buff twice, but i can tell you how i got it, exactly. I was farming in stoneheart with the potion right when realms shut down. I had about 40 minutes of the potion buff. I then logged in after restart, and applied the potion again, forgetting i had it. I noticed a big droprate increase and then i noticed the double buff. I am quite sure u dont need a server restart to replicate this, but i assumed its to do with the logout. Some smarter exploit ppls could probably explain better, all i did was share the find, im not that good in exploits yet:P
