Not exactly. I was still stuck in that mode when the BG should have ended. I had to log out, log into another character, and log back in to reset it.

i get the deserter buff by trying the macro '1'

If you continue to get deserter, the best way to do this is start a 20 second logout timer, and at .5 - 1 second, enter BG... better chance of the "own your own BG exploit."

Hey OC. For those having issues using the macro I suggest just trying to click Enter BG & alt F4 same time. I suggested the macro because people usually like little macro's haha, but I just click it and alt f4 and it works 100% of the time. Also another friendly reminder that this exploit wouldn't be possible without Raov or Novalok.

@Akspa420 While logging out tends to fix most glitches, it isn't required to fix this. I've had that "In Progress" BG "buff" for as little as 5 mins, and as long as 30 mins before. It seems to correlate with the duration of the BG, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

I want to use this for BWL runs. Does anyone know if you can't do this, or if you need to do anything special to get into BWL since there isnt an instance portal?
