My working set-up, ran 6 hours+ without stoppage, this does somewhat depend on your ping though.

Macro(Only need one!):

Change the underlined parts with the respective item and/or emote. For convenience place this on "1".

Next change your interact with target key (Press Esc->Keybinds) to something simple for example "U".

The addon I'm using is AutoTurnIn (AutoTurnIn - Quests & Leveling - World of Warcraft Addons - Curse). Once in-game with this press esc->interface->addons(its a tab at the top) go on AutoTurnIn and firstly make sure its enabled then just below that make sure where it says Quests to handle in the dropdown it says "all".

Now last grab the prospector autoclicker (http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...ng-helper.html (Gemmore - A Free Prospecting Helper))
Open it up twice once for the Macro and once for the Interact with target.
The settings that worked well for me are 500ms for the Macro and 2300ms for the Interact with target, this didn't fail once for me. I play with around 50ms. However if it does seem to get stuck for you increase the Interact with target ms.
The reason it gets stuck is you interact with the NPC too quickly so the emote does register and the addon won't auto-complete it.

So once again:
"1"=500ms
"U"=2300ms
