Are you using Prospector?

I tried your macro but it's the same thing.

The quest starts auto completing a few times. Sometimes only 4-5 times, other times it does about 10 before stopping. Then I have to manually click on the NPC again even though he is my target.

I never had this problem with Gerard and the water quest. I could set up and prospector and minimize/AFK.

I have never used PQR. I would rather get this working properly with Prospector.

Open up 3 different instances of Prospector, set them to hit the buttons "1" "2" and "3" and then bind 1, 2, and 3 however you'd like (as long as one of them is the emote macro, one is the item deletion macro, and one interacts with target) and set them all to 2000 MS. I find that this works best at such high MS count because it keeps the quest from occasionally glitching and being stuck at the turn in window (I've had that happen a few times at 500MS). Hope this helps!

I copied the exact macro from the first page. It still gets caught sometimes.

Then try setting the emote macro instance of prospector to 500, so that you get more frequent quest completion instead of just turn-in.
