I can confirm 100% this is working, i watched this kid do this via a skype stream it worked everytime for him his quests / gold went up everytime and had some ridiculous amount of honor kills...

I tried this exact method with no success though, i'm on US Servers.

Because there are alot of people struggling to get this to work, including myself. Seeing someone do it makes it much easier to understand exactly what you are supposed to do...

My guild master on Kazzak-EU relloged few times on same character and got 200k gold loot, 250k hk, 10k daily quests achievements.
Everyone in guild tried and it happened once for 10k daily quests for my friend,

My realm (Outland) is in the same Battlegroup (Misery) as Kazzak and there seems we have lots of problems currently, I myself was getting the "A character with this name already exists" sometimes when trying to login as were a load of others as you can see here: WoW Europe Forum Post

So perhaps this was the cause, my character was offline although it still syncs the characters HKB's, Daily Quests and Looted Gold with the server, so when I log a character than actually stays online it adds the logged on character and the character that is in some kind of offline modes achievement progress together.
