Demonology Warlocks in Metamorphosis or the with the permanent form from [Glyph of Demon Hunting] are able to understand each other no matter the faction.

You can also use Curse Of Enfeeblement /Curse Of Tongues on any opposite faction member and while in the above forms you can understand them.
(Unless they are also in a stated above form they won't understand you.)

You gotta think though since pandas aren't allowed, Undead are no longer allowed, Someone said something about rogues(No idea.)... and if I remember its wrote somewhere in the rules.
