How to change the legal name in your battle.net account

when did you try this yourself.? so basically your trying too send 1 char too a different surname, but as its failing cause not say name, your on the phone too blizz trying too get the name off new account changed. and hoping it will do into pending and not error out. hmm, i would really hate too make a new account buy all the expansions for this too fail. do you think i could create a new account then merge a purchased account?
