exploiting your way to 2200+ in arena, play with yourself

I don't get it.. For you to be able to use 2 chars u would need 2 acc's per man? that's 4 accounts?

this can be done for 2vs2, 3vs3 or 5vs5, but it requires 2 teams for any of the said arenas.

what you do: create 1 team that you want to get to 2200+, and create 1 team (buffer team) that you can get to around 1700 with no cheating.

during the day, level the 2nd team to around 1700, its really not hard. at around 4-5-6 am in the morning sign up with the 1700 team and check that there is no one playing (90% chance there wont be for 3vs3 and 5vs5, best done on weekdays). NOW sign up at the same time with both teams, you will play against each other. win with the team you want to get to 2200+ until you are getting no rating from the 1700 team.

next day, get the second team as high as you can again, during the night repeat.

out of the top 10 teams in my battlegroup, 3 do this tactic =] my 5vs5 team is 2200 rating, and i get 1220 arena points every week, and netherdrake at the end of the season.

you cannot get banned or punished in any way for this on US servers, so probably not on EU.

For players doubting this method, I can assure you, I've seen 4 cases on different realms where this has worked... HOWEVER... it is possible to be punished for using this method.

This is no different from the old school days of "win trading", which is basically when two teams (WSG or AB) come to agreement to trade wins back and forth... I was involved in a AB "win trading" back during the old honor grinding rep days and we were warned.

The best way to do this is to make it look like you're actually playing... a little bit of acting is required, don't just stack up together as a team and get AoEd to death looking like an obvious forfeit. Run around, fling a few spells, maybe even let the loser team kill someone on the winning team. Give a little show.

I tried this at 4am in the blackout EU battlegroup and 5 times I queued up at the same time both 2 v 2 teams, and we never played a single game against each other.

Look like everyone does this now .
