Warlock Soulstone bug in Arena, how to do it?

People are saying it was probably the darkmoon card, so that is apparently useable in arenas ^^

Darkmoon Card: Twisting Nether - Item - World of Warcraft alot of 70's arena players use it. I got a SS of (our team) hunter/pally vs mage/mage and we killed the mages like 3 times cause of that stupid trinket. im at work ill post it when im home.
Lovestotwink posted it on TI awhile back, he was the pally and i was the hunter on our team.
