Transmog still works

Transmoging still works, im reading alot of people say its been hotfixed. blizz did not fix this completly.
just do the old method of dragging a transmogged item out of your character screen straight to the mail missing your bags.
Now you must use items that have NO chacater lvl req on it like Bloodsail Admiral's Hat - Item - World of Warcraft any quest reward. prof gear etc.
Sorry i new this would be repost, well i think it is but there a lot of people out the that think this is fixed so im just trying to clear it up a bit.

No. Items without level requirements.

You can also still use stuff from another character to transmog your alt - As long as your alt meets the level requirement.

Ain't as awesome as a 20 in 70 gear but it's something at least.

yes that is right too.

It is any green, blue, epic quest gear from 1-85 with no player lvl Requirement on it, you can still transmog BOA's with and send via old method.
It is any Profession gear you get 5-85 with no player lvl requirement on it, you can transmog BOA's with and send via old method.

you use the BoP items look to trans the BoA items(On any toon) then send the BoA to the alt.

just tried this with the cloth head, chest and shoulder heirlooms. tried transmogging them to some quest cloth greens I had lying around. no level req. mailed them straight from my equipment screen and when i received them on my alt there were no transmogs on them

its a glitchy thing transmog that doesnt work every time. For me i ONLY ever do 1 piece at a time only using the left mouse button for every thing. i get 99% of transmogs to work but i still sometimes have to redo it a couple of times. Remember to send 1 piece at a time only using the left mouse button. It still works US as of this post.

looks like it works, thanks. Just have to try it multiple times. Make sure you guys dont use rares or epics because it costs a ton of gold to transmog it onto heirlooms and if it doesnt work you'll have to do it over and over
