CCing the opposite faction's Escape Winds in Molten Front

Hey, I've been lurking this site since it was called MMOwned, and I've never even registered, though I've always wanted to contribute somehow in exchange to all of the awesome exploration and exploit tips I've found.

Well, I've often found exploits myself but sadly they've all been found before.

But now, I think I've found something never discovered before.

Today, when doing the Molten Front dailies as usual, I went to do the Molten Flow dailies, and as I was leaving, I saw a lil' gnome warrior behind me.
When I reached the surface, I noticed the Escape Winds NPC that carries the players up the shaft was targettable, and infact, ATTACKABLE!

So, I targeted the NPC, faced the hole and spammed my Scatter Shot as fast as I could, and voila - the Escape Wind NPC carrying the gnome was CCed!
The gnome warrior was stuck in the air with the NPC til' the scatter shot ended, and I was amazed.
I found this literally 20minutes ago and am still really excited of this find, later tonight/toworrow I'm sure to experiment more with my alliance friends.
I am very excited and I'm very sure that the Escape Winds NPC can surely be CCed with a trap aswell, since Scatter works.
Also, it doesn't seem to be affected by diminishing returns.

    Forever-trapped gnomes, anyone?

I'll experiment more toworrow, videos I sadly cannot provide cause the computer I am playing on is unable to record (It'd melt), but I can take some pictures.

    Opinions?

Okay, sadly the winds ARE affected by diminishing returns, but still - with good connection you can use CC fast enough to hit the NPC mid-air so the opposite faction member wont get up. Also, you can make him die that way, sometimes.

Damn, thought I'd found a good exploit.

    Oh well..
