[Molten Front] Access Furnace before others for achievements and loot!

I'm going to show you how to get into the Molten Furnace without unlocking it.

What's in there?

Master of the Molten Flow - Achievement - World of Warcraft
Fireside Chat - Achievement - World of Warcraft

And a chest which respawns pretty fast and drops a blue and a chance of an epic.

Edit: It helps to go down with a trusted guild member or two, because you need two for the carried achievement.

First of all, get to the Molten Front.
Take off all your armor. (Unless you like durability repairs)

Then run through the fire (First time on the mount to get as far as possible and die, then run and die again until you get to here)



Then kill yourself in the fire close to the furnace, and release spirit and run back to the edge. If you fall in the furnace just return to GY and try again.
What you're planning to do is to step backwards and fall as a ghost, then ress in midair so you land in the furnace and die.





Then ress once again, and re-equip your armor and you're done! Enjoy your achievement and loot.

This is real neat pal. Interested in these chests. What are they called? I kinda wanna look up the loot table to see if it's worth waiting around down here.

As a warlock or Death Knight you can solo the achievement with the Sentinel, because they pick up your pet. I've heard hunters say that it doesn't work on THEIR pets, so it's only DK's and Warlocks so far.

Another addition is that you can duel a friend up on the platform, and make him fear you, then you fall through the ground and down, without a repair bill.

For the Molten flow itself, not all the mobs have the abilities, it's a percentage chance when the mob spawns if it has it or not, so just attack a mob, wait 15-30 seconds, if it has not used its special, that you need for the achievement yet, it doesn't have it, so kill it and move on.

Have not been as lucky to have found one of these chests down here yet, though.

The hunters mob abilities are on chance after it jumps backwards, if you're slow killing it it can do up to 3 jumps.

The sentinel will pick up pets such as DKs, Hunters, shamans wolves and other summoned pets.

The shamans always cast if they're not stunned from 90% to 60% hp, if you miss it, kill and move on.

IIRC the chest is called Large Iron Bound Chest, or something similar, I managed to loot a nice BoE World epic. (359 ilevel) and they're reached using the jump jets.
