There is an invisible wall here, anyone can get on it by just hopping off the top.

It's not a noclip, it's a invisible block you can walk on, it's exploration at best but it's useless because the area is so small.

This seems to be exploration, as it doesnt provide a benefit over other players... unless i've completely misunderstood somehting.

I think bonsemexasefe does a good job of explaining what should happen to the OP.

-Anyway, it's not no clip, it's just an invisible wall.
-There's a few of these spots throughout the game, all useless.
-Also don't see why this would be "mage only", it has nothing to do with Ice Block.
