Herbalism easy skillups

This is just a little exploit I found when gathering herbs for my scribe.

When a herb is gray to you it shouldn't give you a skill, right? Well check this out.

Even though Icecap goes gray way before 380 I gain skill from gathering it.
The zone is Winterspring, and doing laps just around the outskirts works great.

Now how is this useful?
Well for a first there's really lots of them, so you can get skill really quickly. Second there's literally no competition at all. Also it sells for quite a lot on the Auction House since it's in demand of people thats leveling inscription but it's in really low supply.

I got no idea of how / why this is happening but enjoy. Also, it seems to not be a 100% skillup. Keep that in mind

This is also working with skinning. And it's been reported constantly on the official forums, so I'm starting to think this might not be an exploit...more something blizz decided to change to make it more casual-friendly maybe(I'm not saying that it wasn't casual prior but still)?

Many herb tags have been wrong since 4.0

Herbs have an initial picklevel and skill color is based off of your skill level and the picklevel of the herb.
picklevel+<25 = orange
picklevel+25 = yellow
picklevel+50 = green
picklevel+100 = grey

Icecap req 290 to pick
315 = yellow
340 = green
390 = grey

So unless you're getting skill ups beyond 390 (405 for cows) this is useless.
