Basically as a warrior, charge has a 8-30 yard radiance, however on the Chimaeron encounter you can charge without having to move, which gives you an extra 25% crit for moral strikes

Not an exploit. Not a bug either.

This is Blizzard's fix so hunters can shoot them from point-blank when you stack during Massacre/Feud.

It also works on Cho'gall, etc.
