ok, When people stand in the spirit link and 5 people got 100% hp and 5 people got 10% HP. Guess what, they all end up on 45% HP..

Just a minor correction:

5 people at 100% = 500%
5 people at 10% = 50%
500% + 50% = 550% "collective" health
550% "collective" health / 10 people = 55% per person

Could you be more explicit in steps ? Like 1. Kill big ads => kill small ads => stay in pudddle => get 100% coruption etc. cauze im having a hard time to understand ur tactic perfectly .

if we take 10 man (2 shamans 1-2 tanks):
1)while killing 1st adds 4-5 dps must gain 50 energy - after it they will have debuff - heal them at 100%
2) let them stay not in 1 possition with raid
3) 1 st shadow elemetal dps in form - must eat their own cds or safe them for ex. unholy dk
4) on 2nd elem aoe 1st sham put totem and everybody stand in 1 member - you have 10 sec to heal everybody (heal only people without debuff)
5) 2nd big mobs spawn - zerg them - it will be nearly 40-45% chogi
6) when dps hp will be nearly 20% - put 2nd totem and heal everybody - after that 2nd phase -
7) on 2nd phase when dps hp will be nearly 20% 1st shamans totem will be without cd - make with totem smth like Divine Hymn and zerg boss

Kill big adds close to the raid, kills small adds.

Get your group of people to stay in the puddles, get 100% and start burning the boss. Have the non 100% blood people in group 1-2 by themselves so you know what to heal. When the big adds spawn again having 100% blood hunters MD so you wont have a shitton of threat when you burn them.

Be sure to dot up the Shadow adds as much as you can, pop a major utility to consume the dmg along with self provided cooldowns and a spirit link totem. Having lifeblooms popping on non blood people when the spirit link is up through ToL, otherwise spread into a major blood group and a non blood group. Place aoe heals on the ground for the non blood one, that way you wont get diminishing returns and you get blood people up faster.

all working but not much easier than standard tactics

Just a few notes on this: It's works best with firemages, they can spam Pyroblast. All damage is avoidable except the shadow's order's. We use spirit link on the first, ice block on the second. AMS and PW:B work with this strat as well.
