Regen some hp/mp while in dispersion

Just a little trick, nothing soooooooooooo special.

If youre in dispersion, you cant cast etc. but you can still use Potion of Nightmares (Potion of Nightmares - Item - World of Warcraft)

Might be not THAT much, but its still useable

shouldnt need to disperse at all for mana in a raid situation. using a mana pot is a dps loss.

Potions are not on the global cool down. Even if they were using a potion during a fight is never a dps loss unless you don't know how to use them properly. Any increase to your intellect during a fight is a dps gain as a shadow priest.

In the op's case he's using a mana/hp potion meaning you can't use an int potion for the fight.

Potion of Nightmares: 5,4k mana and health, 6 second sleep effect
Mythical mana potion: 10k mana

I wouldn't use a Potion of Nightmares.
