High-Powered Bolt Gun in rbgs

well since they removed the rocketboots and the cloakenchant from rated battlegrounds it seems, that some blizz dev did a mistake and made the High-Powered Bolt Gun usable in rated battlegrounds (like in the arenas @season start).

it's the only engineering item that still working in rated battlegrounds and I think they'll fix this in the next patch so I thought I should share this little "tip".

do not underestimate this item, it deals around ~8k dmg (can crit sometimes for up to 15k) and interrupts every caster who is casting a spell (like wind shear for 2sec)

use it while it's useable

only in rated battlegrounds, they fixed it in arena at the beginning of cataclysm
