my server is high population, was like 10 people farming with me and still got 450 whiptail and around 150 volatile life from uldum in 1 hour.

Spawn rates feel like heartblossom and twilight jasmine on day 1 all over again. Just soooo many farmers on my high pop (US) server. My best luck seems to be on the eastern leg of the river, right above the sanctum of stars. Get them while you can, and be sure to buy up any abnormally cheap ones on the AH. This will not last. +rep!!!
