but anyways, you dont need to be arms, have deadly calm or have some macro...
U just need to use heroic strike and another skill at the same time. Both will crit but it will only count as 1 attack, so this means you can have 6 crits, not 5.

Well Recklessness is only a 12 second duration, so as mortal strike is a 4.5 second cooldown you could not get 3 of the macros in (4.5*3 = 13.5 minimum seconds to do so). I'm assuming mortal strike is used to maximise the damage since it is one of your most damaging strikes. Getting 3 heroics and 2 MS crits in is probably better than 6 of other abilities.

A warrior friend of mine was testing this out. What we ended up doing was making a macro

/cast deadly calm
/cast inner rage
/cast sweeping strikes
/cast berserker stance

As soon as he hit berserker stance he popped recklessness and then Mortal Strike and cleave, Whirlwind and cleave, then mortal strike and cleave. He did about 150k damage with all this. And with sweeping strikes it is 12 hits that are crit instead of six.
